Please contact your travel provider to cancel your trip. If your cancellation results in a refund, Uplift will apply the refund amount to reduce your loan balance once it is received from the travel provider, which typically takes 14-21 business days.
If your travel provider issues travel refund credits (e.g. airfare credits) directly to you or charges a cancellation fee, you will still be liable for your outstanding loan balance. If the refunded amount is more than your outstanding loan balance, we will issue a refund to your payment method on file.
Please note, trips that are cancelled after 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund of the origination fee and accrued interest.
You can always check your remaining loan balance by signing into your Uplift Pay Monthly account at pay.uplift.com.
